Cranio-sacral system therapy
Cranio-sacral therapy (cranio-sacral therapy) was founded at the beginning of the 20th century by W.G. Sutherland. He discovered that the skull is not immobile, but performs rhythmic movements that continue to the sacrum. The cerebrospinal fluid (cerebrospinal fluid) pulsates back and forth between the head and the sacrum. The therapist feels and recognises the cranio-sacral rhythm. If this does not pulsate in the right quality due to possible blockages, the therapist influences the cranio-sacral rhythm with targeted, gentle strokes, thereby activating the healing mechanisms in the body.

APM - Acupuncture massage according to Penzel
APM has its roots in traditional Chinese medicine. This therapy works as a regulatory therapy based on Chinese energy theory, whereby massage is primarily performed along the meridians, which may have an energy deficiency. Secondarily, the acupuncture point can also be stimulated. This massage harmonises the yin-yang flow so that the meridian energy can flow in balance again.

Cupping massage
