General Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rooms may not be occupied before 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and the flat must be returned by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. If the guest wishes to depart after 10 a.m., they are requested to clarify this with reception by 12 noon on the day before departure at the latest; there is no legal entitlement to a late departure.

The contractual services are set out in the reservation confirmation. The agreed prices are inclusive prices. Any increase in VAT after conclusion of the contract shall be borne by the customer. If there are more than 4 months between conclusion of the contract and arrival, the flat house reserves the right to make price changes without prior notice. Due to the current situation, we reserve the right to charge an energy surcharge on our flat prices. All prices are quoted in euros.

The flat house may demand an advance payment of 50% of the agreed price for the reservation. If this advance payment is not received in the flat house's account within two weeks of the request, the flat house is entitled to cancel the contract. The cancellation must be communicated immediately. Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, payment shall be made in cash, by EC card or credit card by the time of departure at the latest. If payment against invoice has been agreed, the customer must settle the invoice within 10 days of the invoice date at the latest.

3,-€ per person and night in the flat The travel provision can only be concluded up to 7 days after receipt of your booking.

The contractual partner of the flat house or the guest as such or as host shall be fully liable to the house for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. Any use of the rooms provided that deviates from the contract shall entitle the flat house to terminate the contract without notice. This shall not reduce the entitlement to the agreed remuneration.
The flat house reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the provision of the service has become impossible due to force majeure or labour measures, without any claims for damages being able to be derived from this. The Apartment House is liable for items brought into the apartment in accordance with the provisions of the German Civil Code (BGB). Liability is excluded if the flat or the containers from which the items were stolen were unlocked. No liability is accepted for valuables or money.
The flat house is liable for the accuracy of the service description in brochures and the proper provision of the contractual services.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning charge of €100.00 being due and invoiced. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.
Pets are not allowed.

In commercial transactions, the place of fulfilment and jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Apartment House.

Verbal agreements shall only become effective if the flat house has confirmed them in writing.

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

The publication of a new edition cancels the validity of the previous version
